We had an amazing stay at this beautiful jungle resort. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby archaeological site. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the surrounding nature. The staff provided excellent service, and they even helped us with printing our boarding passes. The breakfast options were delicious, and we loved the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site.
The restaurant could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options.

This hotel is close to one of the main attractions of the city: Palenque Ruins,.
What I did not like are the beds, so hard and stiff mattress that I woke up with a bad headace and also they do not have a bugs repellents on the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The garden was gorgeous, and the swimming pool was the best in this city. The water was clean and warm, and we were allowed to use it until 22:00. Our bungalow had a unique and enormous private terrace, perfect for a private breakfast. We loved that our room was in front of the "arroyo," as it provided complete privacy and a view of the jungle. We could hear all the animals and the soothing sound of the creek. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by nature. We saw macaws and other animals during our stay. Our house was large, comfortable, and clean. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent throughout the entire resort. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing, all excellent.

Wonderful setting in the nature. Nice bungalows with veranda. Good restaurant. Excellent location to visit the Palenque ruins.
Pool looks nice but is not good for swimmers, also water was not clean. Limited assistance from staff on organisation of private transport to city centre, ruins or airport.

My partner and I stayed at the Chan-Kah Resort Village and Maya Spa for a week-long getaway. The cozy cabañas immersed in the jungle offered a unique and romantic experience. We loved waking up to the sight of howler monkeys and colorful birds just outside our terrace. The room service was excellent, and the food, especially the gulf shrimp, was delicious. The property was well-maintained, with beautiful lighting on the pathways and a stunning pool that was perfect for a nighttime swim. a classy and funky retreat just minutes away from Palenque's entrance.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The casita we had was excellent. The pool is great. The site is well landscaped once you get away from the reception area which is rather bleak.
The food is good but not excellent. The internet access is adequate.

The grounds and pools were stunning, providing a peaceful and natural atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants.
Breakfast was not included in the stay. there were some insects in the sink area, which is to be expected in a jungle setting.

Pool was amazing! Grounds were really beautiful: nice gardens, pathways, trees, etc. Porch on cabin was nice and private.
Services are grossly overpriced. E.G., charged $185 p to wash 5 articles of clothing (literally! 2 underwear, 2 t-shirts, 1 cotton skirt). Food was expensive and tasted like something you'd get on a second rate cruise ship in the 80'S. Most was not fresh, and fresh stuff was of poor quality. For example: "garden salad" consisted of iceberg lettuce, mealy tomatoes, hard avocado slices, canned mushrooms (canned!), canned hearts of palm, and slices of American Cheese (seriously??!!). The dressing was basically Dorothy Lynch. Very unimpressive and very expensive. Our cabin was a fairly long walk from reception, which would have been fine except that there was no wi-fi coverage in the cabins! You really can only get wi-fi when you are up by reception or in the internet room. With the exception of the pool, everything here is mediocre at best. There is not a lot of competition in the area for hotels at this level and it is reflected in the low quality of the experience. Come for the pool, but don't expect much else.

The hotel is correct while a little bit out of date. The garden is wonderful, and the swimming pool good. The rooms / cabins are spacy and quiet.
The breakfast is too basic for hotel of that standard. Even the menu at dinner was not enough elaborated. To emphasis on eco is good but needs to be part of a real action plan the guest will be invited to take part in. The hotel is too big and we did not expected such a huge infrastructure more focused on the mass tourism. This part of the information was missing at the Booked.net web. The hotel is overrated, only 1 person at the reception speaks English. The WiFi was not in operation due to a rain or bad managment...
